EULA - End User License Agreement

All developers working on a project that includes a PureComponents product, even though not working directly with the PureComponents product, are required to purchase a license for the PureComponents product. Therefore if a project has 5 developers working on it, you would need 5 Simple Licenses or 5 Subscription Licenses allowing you to use the product on as many machines and developer on a single physical address.

This software is provided "as is". PureComponents makes no warranty, expressed or implied, with regard to the software. All implied warranties, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular use, are hereby excluded.

PURECOMPONENTS LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE. Under no circumstances shall PureComponents or the authors of this product be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, nor for any damages in excess of the original purchase price.
